Requirements for Assistant Supervisor:

• Possessing prior experience in a management position is preferred, but it is not a prerequisite
• Candidates must have prior experience in quick-service restaurants
• Outstanding skills in serving customers
• Excellent verbal and written interaction talents
• Excellent leadership skills
• Performs effectively when faced with pressure and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
• Financial literacy involves having knowledge about managing finances and being proficient in solving financial issues through analytical thinking
• A vehicle and a valid Driver's License are prerequisites for admission
• Capability to hoist 50 pounds
• The submission of a background check is mandatory
